Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Telegram Trade Linker ("TTL", "the software", "we", "us"), a cloud trade-copying service. By buying a subscription or using the dashboard, you agree to what is written here. Please read it — especially the sections on risk and on what the software does not do.

1. What the service is

Telegram Trade Linker reads the Telegram channels you choose and places matching orders on the MT4 or MT5 trading accounts you add, according to the rules you set. It runs on our servers, so your own computer, phone and internet connection do not need to be on.

What the service is not

• We are not a signal provider. We do not create, select, recommend or review trading signals. The channels you follow are your choice and your responsibility.
• We are not a broker and we never hold your money. Your funds stay with your own broker at all times.
• We do not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on our website or in the dashboard should be read as such.
• We do not manage your account or make trading decisions for you. Every rule the software follows is one you set.
• We do not promise profit. No software can.

2. Trading risk

You accept that every trade placed through TTL is your own trade, made on your own account, under settings you chose. You are solely responsible for the financial outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must be allowed to trade the instruments you intend to trade under the laws of the country you live in, and you must comply with your broker's own terms. It is your responsibility to check this, not ours.

4. Your account and your credentials

• Keep your login details private. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Use a trading password for the accounts you add — never your broker's investor-read-only or account-management password.
• Give us accurate information. If your broker details are wrong, trades will not be placed.
• You may remove a trading account or disconnect Telegram from the dashboard at any moment.

5. Subscriptions, prices and renewal

TTL is sold as a subscription. Current prices are shown on our pricing section and are in US dollars. Each plan includes one MT4 or MT5 trading account unless we have agreed otherwise in writing; additional accounts can be added by arrangement.

Payments are processed by 2Checkout (Verifone), who act as our authorised reseller and handle billing, invoicing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of the term you have paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, rent or share your access with people outside your household or business without our written permission;
• copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software, or try to extract its logic;
• use TTL to break the law, to break your broker's rules, or to manipulate a market;
• attack, overload or probe our systems, or attempt to reach data that is not yours;
• use TTL to copy channels you have no right to access.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and in serious cases close it without a refund.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running continuously and we monitor it around the clock. Even so, we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Outages can be caused by your broker, by Telegram, by the market data feed, by internet routing, or by maintenance on our side.

We are not liable for trades that are missed, delayed, duplicated or placed at a different price because of such interruptions, or because of an error in a signal you chose to follow. If an outage is our fault we will say so plainly and make it right — see the Refund Policy.

8. Third parties

TTL depends on services we do not control, including Telegram, your broker, our brokerage connectivity provider and our payment processor. Their outages, changes or decisions can affect the service. Your relationship with your broker is directly with them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of TTL. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using TTL at any time and cancel your subscription as described above. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of your term.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel and take a pro-rata refund if you do not accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive authority over any dispute — without affecting any consumer rights you have in the country where you live.

13. Contact
